By booking a charter or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

1. Booking and Payment

Booking Requirements

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits can be paid via credit card, Venmo, or PayPal.
Full payment is due on or before the day of the charter.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and a confirmation email from us.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and include fuel and basic equipment use unless stated otherwise.
Gratuity is not included in the pricing but is greatly appreciated.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by Customer

48+ hours prior to departure: Full refund of the deposit.
24–48 hours prior to departure: 50% refund of the deposit.
Within 24 hours: No refund unless cancellation is due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations by Fish Daily Charters
If weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control force a cancellation, we will offer:

A rescheduled trip at no additional cost, or
A full refund of the deposit.

3. Trip Policies

Passenger Capacity

Each charter can accommodate up to 6 passengers.
Passengers must adhere to safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.

Health and Safety

Passengers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate.
Alcohol is permitted in moderation for passengers over 21 years old.
Smoking is not allowed onboard.

Prohibited Items

Illegal substances, weapons, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

4. Weather and Itinerary Changes

Weather Conditions

The captain will determine whether conditions are safe for the trip. Weather decisions are made on the day of the charter.
If weather conditions force a change in the itinerary or cancellation, safety will be the top priority.

Itinerary Adjustments

Routes and activities may be adjusted based on weather, sea conditions, or other factors to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

5. Liability and Waiver

Assumption of Risk
By participating in our Services, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with fishing charters, including but not limited to:

Seasickness
Slips, trips, and falls
Injuries from fishing equipment

Limitation of Liability
Fish Daily Charters is not liable for:

Personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in our Services.
Cancellations or delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Use of Equipment

Passengers are responsible for using provided fishing gear and equipment properly.
Damaged or lost equipment due to negligence may incur additional charges.

Fish Daily Charters sends text message updates and responses to fishing charter customers about pricing and products offered at https://fishdailycharters.com.

Mobile phone, email, and other contact information is used only for the purposes customers consent to when sharing it with Fish Daily Charters.

8. Intellectual Property
