Cancellation policy

Our crew is dedicated to chartering trips that are comfortable and safe for everyone. There are certain things out of our control that you should be aware of:

Any guests suffering from seasickness or motion sickness are not entitled to any refunds complete or partial.

Should any weather conditions arise that threaten the safety of guests or personnel, our crew may decide to cut a trip short or cancel entirely. If a trip already underway is cut short due to weather, a partial refund will be given.

We encourage our guests to pack for every type of weather, and dress accordingly on the day of your trip. We cannot offer refunds for guests with insufficient sun, wind, or rain protection.

If you are considering canceling your trip with us, please be aware of the following:

Over 30 Days

Please notify us of any cancellations 30 days or more in advance in order to receive a refund of your deposit ($50 processing fee.)

Within 30 Days

If we are able to re-book your scheduled reservation within 30 days of your charter, you will receive a full refund.

Within 2 Days

We will charge your card in full if no notice is received within two days of your scheduled trip.

During Your Trip/Trip Cut Short

If for any reason during your trip you would like to head back to shore, we will happily accommodate you; however, this is not grounds for a refund either complete or partial.

At Fish Daily Charters, we understand that plans change and not everyone can have the full fishing experience they are looking for.
